U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Owen, a cyberspace operations officer, a cyberspace operations officer, began working with the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence (MOD), Defence Science and Technology Laboratories (DSTL) in May 2016, as a Military Advisor as part of the Military Personnel Exchange Program (MPEP) for Europe, Africa and the Middle East and was selected as the 2018 U.S. Sword of Honour recipient.
