The San Angelo Opportunity Index.

The San Angelo Opportunity Index was developed by the Community Development Initiatives to provide public information comparing the capacity of neighborhoods to support opportunities for residents. The Index compiles information from the US Census Bureau, the Texas Education Agency, the San Angelo Police Department, and the Tom Green County Election and Voter Registration Office. Data retrieved from these sources covers the 20 census tract neighborhoods depicted in the following map.
