A critical appraisal of "Lower-extremity resistance training on unstable surfaces improves proxies of muscle strength, power and balance in healthy older adults: a randomised control trial"

This paper offers a critical appraisal of a 2016 article published in BMC Geriatrics about the effects of lower extremity resistance training on unstable surfaces in healthy, older adults.
